A. Yes, we offer one-of-a-kind cameos that are carved from shells and hand-carved by Italian artisans.
Q. Can I order loose stones?
A. You can choose the loose stone, decide on the design, and place your order after receiving a quote.
Q. Is renovation possible?
A. Please contact us regarding products purchased from our brand. We do not accept orders for products from other brands.
Q. Can the color of natural stones be different from the photo?
A. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings, but we have photographed the product in colors that are as close to the actual product as possible.

Q. How long is the delivery time for an order?
A. It depends on the design, but it usually takes about two months.
Q. Can the size be adjusted?
A. We can accept some products. Please feel free to contact us.
About Shipping
Q. How long does it take to ship?
A. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 days. Ordered items will be delivered as soon as they are completed.
Q. Can I get gift wrapping?
A. Yes, we offer gift wrapping.
Returns and Exchanges
Q. Can I return or exchange items?
A. Returns are accepted only for unused items, within 8 days of receiving the item. Orders and items that have had their size adjusted cannot be returned.
About maintenance and repairs
Q. How do I care for my cameo?
A. Avoid shock and drying, and store the ring after gently wiping it with a soft cloth. Do not wash your hands while wearing the ring. If the ring becomes dry, apply some baby oil and leave it for a while, then wipe it off with tissue. This method will also remove light stains.
Q. Can it be repaired?
A. It depends on the condition. Please contact us first.
